Dragon's Graveyard by Mark & Toni Hall This is a quick introduction to the scenario to better understand what kind of adventure this is. This is our first scenario to put up on Strategy First's site. I and my 9-year old son are huge fans of the Disciples games. I made this for him but with also the knowledge that it eventually will go up on other sites as well as SF's site (hopefully). Couple things to know -- 1) It is only for the new race - The Elven Alliance. There are no rival races at all, only neutrals. 2) The map is huge 144x144. Therefore there are some wide open areas. It is quite tedious to fill in all the area with encounters or structures without making it too crowded. 3) It is somewhat difficult. I made it with the idea of someone starting a new leader from scratch so they could export him later. Although I am sure many will import their own. So if you start a new leader, it will be most challenging. Those who import a fairly well-equipped and experienced leader will find it less challenging but hopefully still fun. Having said all that, don't get angry at me if you have trouble completing any portion (especially the early game) as my 9-year old son completed it on "average" difficulty setting. So none of you should complain :o) 4) It is full of scripted events. I like to tell a story and make the game feel more like a RPG than just a turn-based strategy game. Right click on just about anything and you'll notice different and meaningful descriptions. 5) My wife designed most of the terrain. So she deserves credit for much of the layout. I did all the events, encounters, structures and storyline. 6) You really do have to look around quite a bit to ensure all of the quests are fullfilled especially the main quest. In lieu of putting actual spoilers in this text, I will happily answer any questions via Email promptly should anyone have any problems. If I place spoilers in here then it would be too easy to look before really trying . . . We hope you like it. I would appreciate any comments to my email address dragore@mindspring.com. I understand that it isn't perfect . . . Mark Hall ("Lord Bleak" on the SF message board/forums)
